Modern Manor is a boutique marketplace located at 2521 N Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant, SC, housed in a historic building previously known as Boone Hall Market. Co-owned by Karen Massarotti and Jessica Wiley, the venue features over 50 vendors offering home decor, antiques, apparel, furniture, jewelry, and art from sources around the world, including pieces from Paris and Italy. Since opening in 2024, Modern Manor has become a destination shopping experience that celebrates refined living while serving as a gathering place for the local community.
