Zandbroz Variety

Zandbroz Variety is an independent bookstore and gift shop located at 209 S Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Founded in 1989 by brothers Jeff and Greg Danz, the store occupies a restored turn-of-the-century building and offers a curated selection of books, jewelry, stationery, toys, candles, body care products, kitchen gadgets, vintage items, and novelties. The business was designed to offer unique merchandise that couldn’t be found in big-box retailers, featuring an eclectic inventory that has evolved over more than three decades. Originally featuring an old-fashioned soda fountain and coffee bar, the store has grown to include a vintage collectibles section in the back and continues to host author events and community gatherings. Zandbroz Variety serves as a Sioux Falls landmark and has become part of the downtown renaissance, welcoming multiple generations of customers since its opening.
