Landmark Booksellers is an independent bookstore on Historic Main Street in Franklin, Tennessee, operating since 2005. Located in the Old Factory Store, the oldest commercial building still standing in historic downtown Franklin (dating to approximately 1806–1808), the store offers more than 35,000 new, pre-owned, and rare books with a specialty in Southern Americana and Tennessee history. The bookstore, founded by owners with Franklin family roots dating to 1802, hosts author events, maintains a curated “Great Wall” of classic literature, and inspired bestselling author Karen Kingsbury’s novel The Bridge.
