Tin Cottage (Now Southern Cottage)

Southern Cottage, formerly known as Tin Cottage, is a locally owned gift and home décor boutique located at 320 Main Street in downtown Franklin, Tennessee. Founded in 1999 by owners Marianne and Greg DeMeyers, the business spent over 25 years building a reputation for unique gifts, clothing, jewelry, and home décor before merging with Southern Manor in 2025 to create the expanded Southern Cottage concept. Operating out of a historic 1926 building that formerly housed F&M Bank, Southern Cottage continues to serve the Franklin community with curated merchandise that blends timeless Southern style with modern charm.
