Forgotten Lore Bookshop is a boutique rare and antiquarian bookshop located at 628 S Friendswood Drive in Friendswood, Texas, specializing in rare and antiquarian volumes, first editions, signed books, Texana, sports books, the occult, vintage science fiction and fantasy, and decorative bindings. Named in honor of Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven,” the shop opened in May 2020 and houses approximately five thousand carefully curated volumes selected by owner Zachary Mooney, who personally catalogs, prices, and shelves every item. The store operates as a private business and is a member of the Independent Online Booksellers Association, guaranteeing the authenticity of all signatures on signed books offered for sale.
