Hutto General Store

Hutto General Store is a family-owned gift and specialty store located at 103 East Street in Hutto’s Historic Downtown District. Originally founded in 1988 as Creative Touch, an interior decorating business by Janet Widmer, the store has expanded over the decades to include gifts, candy, clothing, home décor, and specialty food items across over 2,000 square feet of showroom space. Under the ownership of Janet’s son Matt Widmer since 2009, Hutto General Store continues to serve the Hutto and Central Texas community with locally-sourced gifts and treats.
