Second Mile Mission Center

Second Mile Mission Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located at 1135 Highway 90A in Missouri City, Texas, founded in 1990 to serve the less fortunate in the community. The organization provides food assistance, financial education, job search support, spiritual care, and operates Fort Bend County’s only free medical and dental clinic staffed by volunteer healthcare professionals. Second Mile became an independent nonprofit in 2002 and moved to its current Missouri City location in 2013, with donors helping to purchase the facility in 2021 to ensure long-term stability for serving community needs.
