The Salvation Army Family Store

The Salvation Army Family Store in Sherman, TX is a nonprofit thrift store located at 426 W. Houston Street that has been serving the local community for more than 50 years. The store sells donated clothing, furniture, and merchandise, with proceeds supporting ministry programs including a homeless shelter and boys and girls club. A full-time social worker on staff distributes clothing and furniture vouchers to those in need, distributing more than $100,000 in merchandise annually.
