Belle’s On Main is a clothing, decor, and souvenir boutique located at 27 North Main Street in downtown Cedar City, Utah. Founded in May 2024 by co-owners Rylee and her mother Kelly, the shop combines their online baby and women’s clothing boutiques into a single retail location.
