Switchpoint Exchange

Switchpoint Exchange is a thrift store located at 860 N Fairfield Road in Layton, Utah, operated by Switchpoint Community Resource Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness across Utah. The store generates proceeds to support the nearby Switchpoint Teen Living Center, a 16-bed facility that opened in 2024 to house homeless youth while they complete their education, and also provides employment opportunities for teens and adults experiencing homelessness. Switchpoint operates nearly 30 social enterprises statewide, ranging from thrift stores to coffee shops and childcare facilities, all designed to support its mission of helping vulnerable populations achieve self-sufficiency.
