Rebel Heart

Rebel Heart Collective is a retail shop located at 40 State Street in downtown Montpelier, Vermont, offering women’s clothing sourced from around the world alongside jewelry, home goods, candles, books, accessories, and stationery. Owned by Jenny Sebold, the business has been a downtown fixture for several years and features inventory from local artists and Vermont-based makers. Rebel Heart is known for its community engagement, including closing for a day in 2026 to participate in an “ICE Out” protest against federal immigration enforcement. The shop experienced significant damage during the July 2023 Winooski River flood but has since reopened and continues to serve the Montpelier community.
