ReSOURCE Williston is a nonprofit community enterprise located at 329 Harvest Lane in Williston, Vermont, dedicated to creating a marketplace for reused electronics and appliances while advancing sustainable living. Established in 1991 under the original name ReCycle North, ReSOURCE has evolved into a multi-faceted organization serving Chittenden, Lamoille, and Washington counties through workforce development, poverty relief, and environmental stewardship. The organization operates multiple programs including job skills training for over 300 Vermonters annually, a Career Start program for high school students, and an Essential Goods Program that provides goods to low-income families. ReSOURCE is recognized for its community impact, having trained thousands of individuals and providing approximately $125,000 worth of goods to over 2,000 families annually, while maintaining a commitment to keeping material goods out of landfills and empowering under-skilled and long-term unemployed residents with career-boosting opportunities.
