Packed House

Packed House is a vintage clothing and collectibles store located at 915 W. 21st Street in Norfolk’s Ghent neighborhood. Opened in August 2023 by owners Morgan Tomasovic and Nick Rayfield, the shop features thousands of vintage finds including ’90s clothing, vinyl records, antique cameras, posters, and other collectibles. Beyond retail, Packed House serves as the physical box office for The Annex theater and hosts markets, game nights, and live shows, functioning as a community hub that celebrates Norfolk’s creative culture.
