Victory Crossing Shopping Center is a 500,000 square foot open-air shopping mall located at 4020 Victory Boulevard in Portsmouth, Virginia at the corner of Victory Boulevard and Interstate 264. The center features approximately 50 retail stores and is situated in Portsmouth’s vibrant retail hub near Tidewater Community College and Norfolk Naval Shipyards, with easy access to major traffic generators. Victory Crossing occupies the site of the former Tower Mall, which was demolished in 2001 to make way for this big-box shopping center anchored by Farm Fresh and Lowe’s.
