ReTails Thrift Store by MSNAP (Mountaineer Spay Neuter Assistance Program)

ReTails Thrift Store by MSNAP is a nonprofit thrift store located at 28 Commerce Drive in Westover, WV, dedicated to supporting the Mountaineer Spay Neuter Assistance Program’s mission of reducing pet overpopulation in Monongalia County. Staffed entirely by volunteers, ReTails sells new and gently used merchandise donated by community supporters, with all net proceeds funding M-SNAP’s spay and neuter voucher program that has helped more than 16,000 animals since 2008. The store opened in February 2010 at the Morgantown Mall and relocated to its current location in WesMon Plaza in September 2024.
