Downtown Janesville, Inc. is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to activating and beautifying downtown Janesville, Wisconsin. Composed of civic and community leaders and downtown business people, the organization promotes economic development, preserves historic buildings, and enhances the quality of life in Janesville’s historic downtown district. Downtown Janesville, Inc. hosts signature annual events including Flannelfest, the Wine Walk, Music at the Marv, and Halloweekend, while also leading seasonal beautification projects and actively marketing the downtown to visitors throughout southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
