Founded by Carthage College sophomore Aydan Massey, the store operates on a buy, sell, and trade model offering current trends, designer pieces, vintage, and unique clothing with an emphasis on sustainability and reducing environmental impact through clothing reuse and recycling. The business partners with local artists, makers, and small brands through community-driven events like Art of the Goose and incorporates charitable donations and partnerships with local nonprofits into its business model. The Wild Goose Exchange represents Massey’s expansion from his original Appleton storefront, bringing accessible, secondhand fashion to Kenosha’s younger population and serving as a welcoming community gathering space.
