Briar Patch Tobacco Shoppe, established in 1976, is a premium tobacco and cigar retailer located at 519 Main Street in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The shop offers a curated selection of imported cigars, briar and tobacco pipes, custom-roasted whole bean coffee, and accessories, along with a comfortable lounge area for customers to enjoy their purchases. Owner Daniel Iverson, whose primary career is in dentistry, purchased the business in 2004 as a passion project and hosts a popular monthly cigar night event.
