Golden Gate Centre

Golden Gate Centre is a shopping plaza located at 1427 East Racine Avenue in Waukesha, Wisconsin that was transformed by owner Paul Moy, who has operated the award-winning Golden Gate Restaurant within the center for more than 30 years. After the property entered foreclosure, Moy purchased and renovated the entire plaza, replacing roofs, windows, doors, parking lot, and exterior brickwork before reopening it as Golden Gate Centre. The center now hosts multiple businesses including Farmers Insurance, massage therapy services, a salon, and the Waukesha Antique Mall alongside the restaurant, which has won recognition as one of the top Chinese restaurants in America.
