Inner Sleeve Records

Inner Sleeve Records, established in 1975, is Wausau’s independently owned record store located at 209 Scott Street in the historic Landmark Building. The store specializes in new and used vinyl records, CDs, and musical instruments, offering customers an extensive selection across various genres and providing special ordering services. Owner Mike Capista named the store after the protective plastic sleeves he includes with each album sold, and the business has become a cornerstone of Wausau’s music community.
